How lovely! Jarlsberg is a wonderful cheese for a quiche, as it pairs so nicely with other ingredients, such as mushrooms, and that delicate buttery crust. Plus, it melts fabulously. I am now craving this for lunch. Care to share the recipe?

Truly droolworthy! I want to eat this too.
Occasionally I would create a quiche or fritata for brunch on the weekends; my family really enjoy these meals. I like to utilize gourmet mushrooms such as portobello for cooking. Yes, please share this wonderful recipe and I can test the beautiful dish with my boys.
